Our Madagascar Vanilla Bean Gelato brings balance and contrast to our Belgian Dark Chocolate, creating the most delicious combination.

Ingredients

5 oz Madagascar Vanilla Bean Gelato
2 oz Half & Half Cream
5 oz Belgian Dark Chocolate Gelato
2 oz Half & Half Cream
Pinch Cocoa Nibs

Directions

Blend together the Madagascar Vanilla Bean Gelato and Half and Half cream.

Separately, blend the Belgian Dark Chocolate Gelato and half and half cream, 

Begin filling the cup first with Belgian Dark Chocolate Gelato shake, then the Madagascar Vanilla Bean Gelato Shake. 

Top with cocoa nibs and serve.
