Stracciatella Passionfruit Panna Cotta Milkshake Recipe

Our creamy, chocolate-infused Stracciatella Gelato is elevated by the bright Passionfruit sorbetto and bittersweet
cocoa nibs.

Ingredients

5 oz – Passionfruit Sorbetto
4 oz – Half & Half Cream
5 oz – Stracciatella Gelato
Pinch – Cocoa Nibs
1/2 ea – Passionfruit Pulp

Directions

Blend together the Passionfruit Sorbetto, Stracciatella Gelato and half and half cream until smooth.

Pour into desired serving glass or plastic cup, finish with passionfruit pulp and serve.
