4 oz – Zesty Lemon Sorbetto
1 oz – Dry Gin
2 oz – Absinthe
1 ea – Fennel Fern
Pinch – Micro Absinthe
In your shaker, combine the sorbetto, dry gin and Absinthe.
Shake for 30-45 seconds.
Pour into martini glass.
Finish with fennel fern and micro absinthe.
