2 oz – Wild Strawberry Sorbetto
5 oz – Dry Champagne
2 tsp – White Balsamic Pearls
1 ea – Basil Blossom
Rim a champagne flute with the fine basil crystals.
Place small scoops of Wild Strawberry Sorbetto into the bottom of the glass
Pour the Dry Champagne over the sorbetto, finish with basil blossom and serve.
