Villa Dolce began with a simple dream, to bring Italy’s finest gelato to the United States, and with it, the Italian way of slowing down to savor time together.

Growing up in Rome, the Marcaccini brothers spent summers on the coast where sharing gelato was a daily ritual. We preserve that tradition today by creating authentic, artisan gelato and sorbetto with the finest ingredients from around the world.

We opened our doors in 2001, serving top chefs at leading restaurants and hotels in Los Angeles with small-batch gelato made fresh with natural ingredients. To meet growing demand, we expanded in 2013 with a state-of-the-art facility in Phoenix. In 2023, we opened our largest site to date in Glendale, AZ, a 76,000-sq-ft headquarters featuring 18,000 sq ft of cold storage for quality you can trust from our doors to yours.

Today, we craft 30+ flavors in classic 5-liter pans for restaurants and gelaterias, plus select flavors in 3.6 oz single-serve cups, and artisan gelato sandwiches for delivery and grab-and-go. From first scoop to last bite, we help you love what you serve.
