This is the base to use for milk-based Gelatos.
Simply add whole milk, and a flavor of your choice.
Ours are the best, but you may use any that you like.

Ingredients: Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Dextrose, Corn Syrup Solids, Whole Milk Powder, Non-fat Milk Powder, Locust Bean Gum, Cellulose Gum, Natural Flavor and Silicon Dioxide (as an anti-caking agent).

let you create sorbets with velvet-like texture, that is smooth, not icy.
